Today was one of my best days because I got the chance to spread the awareness of Loving-Kindness throughout the whole world. I love to look at the statistics on my blog where I can see where my visitors are from all over the world. How amazing is that? In one single day, I reached 325 visitors from all over the globe and 521 views. It`s wonderful that one vision of love can travel so fast around the world and touch the hearts of individuals. We are truly one big lovingkindness Yoga Family. I feel an overwhelming flow of gratitude to have reached so many people and I also got so many compliments on my website. Thank you so much!
I’m so grateful to see that so many of you took time to download my Gift of Love, Free Self-Love Worksheet that I published yesterday. I launched this website the 15th of September, only last month and I can see how it starts to grow. I would appreciate hearing more on how you are using the worksheet in your life. Some have mentioned to me they will present it in their Yoga classes for their students as handouts. How did you like the worksheet in general in terms of exercises, the aesthetic presentation, was it easy to follow the Yoga Asanas?
It’s truly heartwarming to see so much interest in my projects and to know that my work is out there all in the open. I believe we as humans need to reconnect more with our hearts in order to live life more beautifully.
I wanted to share the true purpose of what Metta Yoga stands for, and that is Lovingkindness. Where we can raise our vibration to encapsulate the whole cosmos within us.
