What is Kriya?

Kriya comes from the Sanskrit word “action, deed, effort” and is most commonly referred to as a “completed action”, and technique or practice within a yoga discipline meant to achieve a specific result.

If you choose to practice any Kriya or Meditation, please remember to tune-in with the Adi Mantra “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” three times and to tune out afterward by chanting long “Sat Nam three times. It is inadvisable to practice Kundalini Yoga or Meditations without the guidance of a qualified teacher.
