We will meet at sinnataggen as shown on the map provided down below, from there we will go to a suitable place.

The class structure is suited for beginners in Yoga as well as those that want to try Yoga for the first time.
What to bring:
Since we provide the mats and the blankets you only have to bring with you:

- a light snack
- something to drink
